I caught a wild trout along the riverbank today — a small flash of color rising from the clear water. For a moment, I held it gently, feeling the quiet strength in something so delicate. Then I lowered it back into the stream and watched it slip away into the current, right where it belonged. Catch and release has a way of reminding me that some moments aren’t meant to be kept… only honored, then let go.
